Avocado(Persea Americana): A fatty fruit high in omega-3 fatty acids; healthy blood flow benefits; contain many vitamins and minerals; a good source of pantothenic acid (B5 vitamin) which is great for hair and loaded with antioxidants that help reduce cell damage.


Burdock (Arctium Lappa): the root is one of the best blood purifiers, it cleanses and eliminates impurities from the blood. Increases the flow of urine; great for gout, rheumatism, canker sores, sciatica, gonorrhea and leprosy. The tea is an excellent tonic for all skin ailments.

Calendula (Calendula Officinalis): They are edible in salads, stews and soups; can be used as an external wash or poultice; great for treating skin infections, bruises, burns, sores, skin ulcers and rashes; the astringent and antiseptic properties are helpful in treating gastrointestinal problems; one of the best herbs for nourishing and cleansing the lymphatic system.

Cayenne (Capsicum annuum): It's originated in Central and South Americas, and initially used as decoration and is now cultivated across the world. Capsaicin is a compound found in Cayenne known for its hot and spicy flavors; it boots metabolism and suppress hunger; improves digestive health and circulation; it can reduce the amount of Substance P, a chemical that delivers pain messages to the brain, when applied to the skin relieves nerve pain and migraine headache.

Cedarwood (Cedrus Atlantica): Has antibacterial properties and fights fungal infections; reduces skin irritation and improves acne-prone skin and eczema; sharpens focus and concentration. 


Cypress (Cupressus Sempervirens): Fight infection and aid the respiratory system; can remove toxins from the body and work as a stimulant that can relieve anxiety.

Egyptian Musk: Woody, pleasant, earthy, sharp aroma; relieve anxiety and stress; treat infections.

Ginger (Zingiber Officinale): Anti-inflammatory properties; help relieve nausea and vomiting; encourages blood circulation; removes aged spots.

Goldenseal (Hydrastis Canadensis):  this is a powerful herb and should be use with caution; a great laxative and tonic, excellent for stomach disorders and acute inflammations. Great remedy for colds, liver troubles, open sores, eczema, ringworms or any skin disease. An excellent eye wash.

Himalayan Salt: The facts have not been proven whether other salts and Himalayan salt are similar in benefits; Himalayan salt has over 80 minerals and elements, and is the purest salt found on earth. Has many health benefits, from removing dead skin cells to detoxifying the body from heavy metals and replenishing minerals. 

Lavender (Lavandula Angustifolia): promotes sleep, soothes burns, sunburns and cuts; helps relieve anxiety and stress; combats high blood pressure; stimulates healthy blood sugar balance; helps relieve headaches and migraines and encourages healthy skin.

Lemongrass (Cymbopogon Flexuosus): Serves as a natural insect repellent; treats gastric ulcers; act as a fever reducer; lowers cholesterol; uplifts and invigorates the spirit when life is challenging; avoid using in baths. 

Lime (Citrus Aurantifolia): Contains antibacterial properties; encourages lymphatic drainage; fights acne and skin conditions; repels insects.

May Chang (Litsea Cubeba): the common name is Litsea and known as an "Oil of Tranquility" which promotes strength, calm and clarity for the nervous system; its mild astringent is used in skin care to treat acne and oily skin.

Oat (Avena Sativa): ground dry oatmeal is an exfoliant, emollient, great for itchy and sensitive skin; rich in protein and lipids.


Poppy Seed (Papaver somniferum) the tiny kidney-shaped seed are loaded with plenty nutritional value with its high content of linolenic acid; especially high in calcium, niacin, phosphorus, potassium and manganese; known for calming effect on the brain, increase energy level, strengthens bones and connective tissue, relieves body pain and treats eczema and skin inflammation.  

Rice Bran Oil: Is high in omega-9 fatty acids, vitamin E and B. The vitamin E penetrates well into  the skin and nourishes it from within; does not clog the pores and goes through a cell regeneration process; antioxidant to slow down the aging process; strengthens hair root and protects hair from harsh elements.

Rose (Rosa): Helps fight depression, create a relaxing and peaceful feeling; treatment for skin conditions, including acne; has antispasmodic properties, relieve cramps associated with PMS; may relieve seizures; aids in digestion.


Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis): is known for culinary dishes and has a plethora of medicinal properties; can be used to stimulate hair growth, enhances brain function in preventing Alzheimer's, reduces stress and prevent skin against UV light damage.

Sea Salt: Has many beneficial properties for the skin and contains 92 trace minerals, it improves circulation, removes bacteria from the skin and unclog pores. 

Soap Nut: Actually is a berry that grows on the Sapindus mukorossi (Soapberry) tree in the Himalayas. Soap Nuts are high in saponins, a natural cleaning and foaming agent (phytochemicals) that are gentle on both clothes and skin, making them ideal for those with sensitive skin, eczema, allergies and psoriasis; can be used as a shampoo agent for healthy, shiny and lustrous hair.


Strawberry (Fragaria Vesca): Astringent; tones up the entire system; a great source of vitamin C and rich in antioxidant.

Sweet Orange (Citrus Sinensis): Has a high content of vitamin C and hydrates the skin; nourishes the skin, delays the aging process, and accelerates the production of collagen.

Turmeric (Curcuma Longa):  is part of the ginger family which is native to tropical South Asia. There are over 100 species, Curcuma Longa is one of the known species. Help wounds heal quickly and has many antioxidants and anti-inflammatory components which leaves a glowing and lustrous skin. 

Ylang Ylang (Cananga Adorata): Reduces inflammation, fight the development of skin cancer cells, including melanoma; regulate blood pressure and prevent heart arrhythmia; act like a natural impotence remedy and help increase the libido of both men and women; has a calming effect on the heart.
