Payments & Taxes
You agreed to pay for all products you purchase through the Services, and that Ava Herbal Bodycare may charge your payment method for any products purchased and for any additional amounts (including taxes as applicable).
Your sub-total price will include the price of the product plus any applicable sales tax; such sales tax is base on the bill-to address and the sales tax rate is effective at the time you purchase the product. We will charge tax only in state where product goods are taxable.
Prices for products offered via the Services may change at any time, and the Services do not provide price protection or refunds in the event of a price reduction or promotional offering.

Return Policy Information
We would like to make your return process a smooth and easy transition. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with our products and you wish to return the merchandise free of charge, you may send them back to us postmarked within 30 days.
We wish to inform you of the fact that:
We do not charge a return fee.
You can contact us in advanced if you wish and we do not require you to get a “return authorization” number from us.
You have up to 30 days from the invoice date to return merchandise.
Please include a copy of the invoice in the return package, or a note with your name, address, telephone number and item description. We would appreciate a brief explanation for the reason of your return. Your feedback is important to us to better understand your needs and concerns as valued customers who can assists us in developing better products.
Qualifying returns are entitled for a refund back to your original credit card used for the purchase. Kindly let us know the last four digits and expiration date of that original credit card used. If you paid for your order with a check or money order, we will issue a refund in the form of our company check 30 days after your invoice date, however, you can make a return anytime within that 30 day period.
